Slightly more on topic - this result means the league will probably remain open till the very last, which is good for us neutrals. Some years ago, in this position, I would've loved to see City win it, but after Mansour took over the club I've no sympathy left for them (It's not like they need it anyways!). A lot of glory supporters and cocky fans have started showing up across the internet due to the club having money to spend - which kind of makes me think twice about a potential takeover, that and all of the failed ones in the past decade or so.

Did you say the same thing about Sunderland, Stoke, Swansea, Everton? Newcastle are playing better than all of those teams. Your arrogance is amazing for a team who are still going to be 3 points behind if they do beat Wolves, and who have already blown a huge gap at the top of the table.
I've always had a soft spot for City and will defend them most of the time but Jesus- the club's reputation isn't exactly done any favours by the fans who represent it on this website.
Anyway what a game- the quality of the goals was incredible. Like most people I expect I had written Everton off (for this game and this season in terms of getting another top 8 finish) but they continue to confound the critics. Moyes' unbelievable eye for a bargain looks to have paid off again if Jelavic continues his good form. The man has just done unbelievable things with that club.

He is all silent now until City scores, to be honest it would be quite funny if after United drawing, City draw/lose against Wolves.
So Rooney's on 180, Since Charlton got 249, Law got 237 and Rowley got 211. I honestly think he will become our highest scorer ever.

I just saw the one on the BBC Sport website and he did not seem happy, but rather, a little disappointed.
think that midfield could get overrun. Maybe Park somewhere in there instead of Cleverly? hard worker and good running could help a lot

Just watching reserves vs chelsea winning 3-0 at half time, very impressed with fryers,w keane,l cole and petrucci is on fire carving chelsea appart nearly everytime gets on ball makes something happen hope he gets chance soon! also impressed by m keane,tuncliffe,de leat and thorpe will post full time score at end of game looks like could have some good tallent comming through again.
ye I would say Jones or Park in midfield as some kind of cover for defence
