The Manchester United Thread

I really rate Thorpe from what I've seen of him., he seems to have a calm head and rarely gives the ball away. Hopefully he can train with first team players like Scholes and Carrick next season, although he may be given a loan move. How old is he?

Well Hazard has already announced he will definitely be playing in Manchester next season so it could be us but I think it is City. Not that I am too bothered because I do not really think we need him, Kagawa, Hummels and one of the Bender brothers would be a great summer but not sure if it would happen as no one knows Fergie's targets.

Would much rather have Kagawa and save the £30m in transfer fees and half the wages and invest that into the midfield further. The difference between Kagawa and Hazard buys a world class ball winner with change.

Agreed with the sentiments and hopefully Fergie is thinking on the same lines.

Fair point. Kagawa, Javi Martinez/M'Vila, Clyne and Nick Powell would make me happy this summer.

To be honest I am not even convinced Fergie is looking for a ball winner, shame really when we need one badly.

It would be a versatile winner, there was a reason we spent so much on hargreaves, and then on trying to get him fit, then playing park in the middle. It would be an error not to get a player like that.

We've been playing Park in midfield and looks increasingly likely that Fletcher isn't going to return (to his best at least). I think he does.

Why I'd love Fellaini. Plays all the midfield roles effectively.

Utd reserves won manchester cup final 0-2 with luke giverin scoring second goal, second half really dissapionting it was attack v defence we could not get out of our half and string any passes together but hey a wins a win city fans ruined it started pitch invasion before final wistle was blown:S

From what I've heard, but barely seen him personally.

Because if he is, I'm sure SAF keeps an eye on him. And he can be the next big (potentially) player that SAF can buy from Everton. So thats why Im asking.

Think he has gone off boil abit read somewhere moyes said struggling with development.

Surely the really obvious option would be Lass Diarra, how can he want to stay at Real Madrid considering he hardly ever plays.

Shame really. From what I've seen (youtube) he could be a real deal.
Yep could just be late starter like cleverley and could do with goin out on loan, from what ive seen i rate him anyways plus hopefully rodwell will get of his injuries next seas.
