I'm sad to see him go, but he deserves to be playing regular football, just a pity it had to be at QPR..the way they gave up against City was disgusting, and I hope we smash them in the league next season.
 
It would be nice to see them go down, but we won't receive the extra £2.5M if they do :S

Still rumours imo.
But if we are going for him, lets just hope Inter can't afford him and Chelsea get Oscar so they wouldn't want another Midfielder. Would make it easy for United to get him.
I would think Moura would settle quickly at United if he does come. Anderson and Rafael will be there to help him and Fabio will be back from his loan in a year so even more friends from home.

Meh, not slightly. Vastly.

Could have kept Fabio and rotated with Evra than paying 15Million for Baines and rotating him with Evra. Evans can also play as LB if needed as we have Vidic, Rio, Smalling as CBs.

And 16-18 Million for 28 year old FB? That is vastly over priced and he maybe better than Evra (which I dont think he is) and anyways I have already explained this few pages back about Evra and Baines.

Its not about Manchester United and if they have the players or not. Its about Everton and their financial circumstances. They will not let their prized asset and best LB in the EPL to go cheaply

i dont get why fabio went on loan tbh fergie must have known fryers was leaving, so why not keep fabio and rotate with evra he is more than good enough for ratation roll pretty much sure thats what will be at qpr. But if can get baines for right price would be happy:)

Exactly, Fabio is more than good enough to be back up after all he even played in Champions league finals and one of our best player on that day. Only worrying thing is his injuries and I dont know how that will help his progress at QPR.

Btw, I'm not saying loaning him is a bad deal as we have 2 players in our squad who have benefited from loan deals, but this is just weird loaning a talented youngster and paying so much for rotational player.

Can anyone tell me what was the highest fee paid for a LB? Or a FB?
