Agree should have played today, would like to see clevers/powell in midweek with few other youngsters starting or on bench
Wingers have no one to challenge them with Nani out of favor and Welbeck occasionally playing badly on the left. It's time for some diamonds I guess... At least that way the central midfielders who deserve to play will have the chance. It must be so frustrating for Clev, Ando and Fletch to be behind Giggs and Scholes. There is competition there but what's the point when seniority determines who starts?! So disappointed with Fergie, so stubborn with those 2.
Away from the match today. Whats this about the Glazers removing some money from Utd to increase their personal wealth? The debts had dropped, but "allegedly" their income went up via removal from club coffers

I have to say I do love Giggs and on his day he is still a brilliant winger who can bang them in with the best of them, but that's the thing, he is a winger playing in CM not his natural position, so even though he did have a very poor game by his standards it wasn't his fault but Fergie's by playing him in that formation, I mean we have already established this season playing the combo that we played today just does not work at all.
With the wingers performing the way they are atm, even if we play with nani and he is actually playing well we still have Young or valencia (depending on where Nani is playing as he can play down the right and left) are poor, the worst we have seen them in a united shirt so far would be fair to say I think, Valencia certainly is not the glowing player he was last season. As a solution to this I think it would benefit us playing a diamond in the center of the park that way we force play through that way and will create chances and when Kagawa is fit again we can play him in the AMC role leaving Rooney to play up front with RVP and lets face it, with players like Kagawa and clevelry feeding those players the ball it will creat many goals and removes the weakness right across the middle 4.
Finally why wasn't De Gea playing today, thought he had recaptured his place as no.1( not that Anders could have done any better today, he did a solid job and could do nothing to stop that goal so not faulting him at all) Also Scholes is still the brilliant player he has always been and even though he has lost his pace he is still directing the passage of play with balls that are pinpoint. I don't think he could be faulted for our problems.

This is sickening if it is true, I have seen it in a few newspapers. Seriously... if this is happening the club is in dire straits. The owners just secretly milking our club.

Another midfielder we could look to sign is Fernandinho from Shakhtar, looks a classy player and is basically their heartbeat in midfield.
But I am sure we will miss out on him as well as everyone else and probably sign James Rodriguez (as speculated) instead of a central midfielder we need.

It seemed sir Alex was willing to pay 20 million euros for him this summer but Van Persie was preferred. The Polish striker, which would fit nicely in the United style with his movement and pace, wants to leave Dortmund if an offer arrives from a top Premier League team. But, I say, wouldn't United be better off spending their money in midfielders and defenders?

It's not like we don't need a winger as well. Especially if we play with width and given Nani is not playing much. As it was said - a swap deal would be perfect and the money should be spent for a ball winner.

If we actually needed a striker I would take no qualms in us going for this very talented Pole. In fact he would be near the top of my list if looking for a striker.
But the fact that we already have Hernandez, Rooney, RVP and Welbeck surely Fergie knows we do not need a striker and we need a ****** midfielder or a good Centre Back.
