The Manchester United Thread

True, that was disgusting. Its not like 99% of players also exaggerate tackles to gain a favourable decision. Oh wait, it is.

That being said Luiz was lucky he didn't get a red for his ridicolous outburst at the ref.

Hey, it's Webb, he's United fan. Ofcorse he wouldn't give United player red card f.. ****.

May as well just forfeit the next two matches and send the lads on their holidays.

For all the talk of how professional United players are and how they are going to treat every game as finals that was shocking. Err that was pathetic performance and a weird team selection.

Would be very surprised if Hernandez won't ask for a transfer and Kagawa end up asking what am I doing here watching players like Valencia playing 90 mins and I'm warming the bench.

Well I never supported any conspiracy theories. My theory is that Webb is simply ****. He loses control of the game way too often.

Why was Nani not even on the bench?! Whether people like it or not he's clearly our best winger. Even if he's inconsistent, at least we have a chance of getting something good, rather than watching Tony try and pick out a bloke in row P.

I think he is injured. Pulled his hamstring I think against Arsenal.

There is no doubt that Nani is our best winger and also one of our best attacker. He just needs some luck with injuries and run of games.

Ahh yeah forgot about that.

And yeah, showed what he can do with a good run of games without injuries when he won our player of the year.

Please play Kagawa. It actually makes me angry to see Valencia being played ahead of him, and I'm a Valencia fan.

Apologies if I'm repeating what others have said but thought it was a strange team selection today. Also, Cleverley's shooting is appalling :)

I imagine he was deployed that there to nullify Cole, as he has done effectively several times before. Still, Cole is not the threat he once was, so maybe Valencia wasn't really needed.

Perhaps, but United were in a position to be pro- rather than reactive today. Kagawa should've played, in place of one of Giggs, Cleverley or Anderson. If ever there was a time to assess options, this was it.

I agree, even if he wanted Valencia on the right he could have played Kagawa on the left. Didn't see the logic in playing Giggs there really.

Kagawa should have been central. Unless Rooney is playing, that is where he should be deployed, unless Welbeck is tracking a specific threat.

Valencia played to take out Cole, which he did do , but his final ball was ******* woeful.

Rumours of a cash + Nani deal for Marchisio. Yes please. <3

Not that I think it'd happen, since he's pure Juve. Downside to us winning the title so soon, transfer season starts even earlier.

I had a feeling something like this might happen when he talked couple of weeks back about team is being build for the future.

There is no doubt in my mind the PL would be worse off without Fergie. He is simply one of football's greats....just can't picture watching Soccer Saturday then when the FTs are in.....there's someone else in charge. He's simply part of the PL football furniture
