Also what you think of that Bosman list, any worth a look?

I think that list is wrong. Marcelo signed extension last year.

Also M'Vila, Kramer are on loan so transfermarkt showed that their contract is expiring.

From that list Chiellini, De Jong would be great options but I think Chiellini will sign extension. Also Rabiot to Roma is more or less done I think.

The years of signing average players has hit us hard, I for one think we need about 3 - 4 more signings before our first-team will be on par with say Chelsea.

We have weak cover in a lot of positions as well, all in all, I'm very disappointed with how we've started the season considering the games we have had.

But we still have a pretty weak squad by our "standard".

RVP isn't the same player, bulding a team around a 29 year old striker Falcao who will cost us a fuckton isn't ideal either.

What else do you suggest we do? there are really no up and coming superstar strikers around right now, RVP is a shadow of the player he used to be, and Roo doesn't have the pace he used to so well see him dropping further and further back down the pitch over the next few years.
Falcao is a brilliant player and we can get another 4-5 years out of him seeing as he is 28. Any player united would want to sign to build a team around would cost a fuckton anyway so why not start early and build it around Falcao, oh and let us not forget we still have Rooney and Di Maria to build around as well, another two world class players.

Eh, I'm sure you can poach a top striker in the summer. Not like you lack the money, or as proven in this window, ability to attract top talent. Plus, you never know who may become available or if there's new superstar in the making this season.

Not related to us but cant believe how many players are available on Bosmans in Jan-

Khedira
Marcelo
Chiellini
Yarmalenko
Konoplyanka
M Villa
Andre Ayew
Suso
Sergi Roberto
Adrien Rabiot
De Jong
Kramer

Some good players there.

Khedeira is a fantastic player but his injury record worries me along with his reportedly huge wage demands. I would still take him though. M'Villa was hugely rated a couple of years back but their were issues over his attitude, wonder how he is. Anyone got an idea?

It's not building a team around a player, it's a player leading our attack playing as striker.

Can't believe there are people who complain when players like Falcao are signed.

Don't think a lot of people really appreciate how many great attacking players the club has been blessed with over the years. Some great, some not so great. But the great ones are, oftentimes, above and beyond expectations. Or at least commit themselves to an immeasurable degree that we cannot begin to repay.

Cantona, Yorke, Cole, Sheringham, Solskjaer, Van Nistelrooy, Ronaldo, Rooney (yes, Rooney to an extent) and others. Compared to other clubs, this is quite extraordinary.

And let's not forget the midfielders of old.

Rabiot, Chiellini and De Jong for me. Perhaps Kramer too

Just like me when playing football, I always shout to my opponents 'Watch your back!" when they are one on one with the keeper. Works most of the time :D
