Agree mate look at the youngsters that have been hyped and end up Championship level players so many fade away we have had a few for different reasons. Morrison,Powell,Daehli,Zaha sure theres more.

Miller - the new Roy Keane.

English press is always overrating players when they get a move/rumour

Add in Josh McEachran as well. He was billed as the savior of English Football and now can't even get off the bench for Vitesse

Powell and to an extent Zaha are not really far enough down the line to be deemed washed up. There is still time for both to make an impact. Morrison is probably finished but as we will all probably agree, this probably isn't due to lack of ability.

Daehli i don't recall much noise ever being made about to be honest.

Miller is a good example, so are Manucho, Dong, Djemba Djemba, Bellion, Kleberson, Bebe, the list goes on.

I don't think theres a chance for Zaha or Powell at the top level both lack the mentality imo and have read both like the party lifestyle a bit much. Not sure LVG is keen either but will see.

If we are moving away from Utd players then my list grows massively.

John Bostock, Michael Johnson, Francis Jeffers, Freddy Adu, Kerlon is just a start.

Aye plenty of players which is why I hate it when the media starts hyping up another young player as the next Messi or Ronaldo. Let the guy develop at his own pace, hype him up as a world-class player when he actually becomes one

Daehli will have a good career and I'm sure of it. Morrison never lacked ability, even in PL he showed that. Powell is losing it but Zaha will have a good PL career.

Was never denying there ability. But they wont live up to the hype and will never reach there full potential. Daehli will be decent but not class like Utd fans were saying me included. Morrison has wasted his chance and look like same for Powell. Think Zaha will be good lower to mid table prem player nothing more.

Daehli, yeah, disappointing compared to the hype. Was rather sad to see him leave here, actually. Powell probably needs a proper season of games and he can still be decent for mid-lower table teams - he's not completely done and out. Morrison had killer talent actually, his attitude completely spoiled his potential initially, and I highly doubt he can get back to his projected heights now. Zaha is more of a mystery - Kinda felt he could have been good for us - good pace and decent dribbling, but low footballing brain.

Yes. All disappointing to me compared to the hype. Like has been said will be good mid league team players.
