The Manchester United Thread

I suddenly hope that KDB's deal to Man City is finalized soon.

Wolfsburg huh? ******. That will be a top trip. Really wanted that the Europa the other year. Think we'd looked at Hanover and then the train IIRC. But I digress .....

Wouldn't like to say with certainty who'd come through that group. On paper Utd should. But they're a long way off what's on paper currently.

Is it just me, or does that draw get more amateurish and boring each year.

MEGA jealous of the other three English sides

Arsenal got two guaranteed brilliant trips in Munich and Athens. Zagreb is dodgy (well, VERY dodgy but yer know) and an expense getting there but gorgeous. Should be through.

Chelsea have only fallen unlucky with Kiev. Porto is brilliant and Tel Aviv has the makings of a great one. Easily through.

And City have two boss ones in Seville and Gladbach. Though I'd swerve the carnage that would be Turin of it were ourselves. Wouldn't like to call that group either.

Roll on tomorrow lunchtime. The anticipation is killing me.

Wolfsburg and United. No idea what order yet

Agree, depends on who they spend the De Bruyne money on.
An inconsistent Everton side beat them 4-1 at home and 2-0 away on the Europa league last season comfortably. They have 3-4 quality players and the rest aren't worth shouting home about. United should walk this.

So as long as they bid for a player with a release clause and an offer on the table?

No, I just used Pedro as an example. But as we've seen before transfers can move very quickly when the window is drawing to a close, and from what I understand negotiations between City and Wolfsburg are already at an advanced stage. I'm pretty certain KdB will be a City player before the window shuts.
