The Manchester United Thread

I couldn't care less, if you can't accept a valid opinion then that's fine, ban me/block whatever you want from forum.

I'm done with FM Base anyway, bring up a debate and people take what you say out of context or moan their heads off.

Good knowing you all.

I give this - less than 1 week

No Conviction.

Yep, you're so smart bulling Zezy.

Anyway, first time in a long there's no United player in England team. Sad times.

Bullying, hardly... ffs.

They'll be enough after the tournament, you would think, depending how many Mou plays and how many he shifts. Rashford is nailed on to get a call.

This squad doesn't need much work, 2-3 good transfers and it should be ready to challenge. Remember you were leading the league in October before the injury meltdown. Last months when most of the squad was avaiable again were also solid, 8 wins in last 12 games is nothing to scoff at.

Add a pacy RW, a proper striker to rotate with Rashford, and it's good to go.
On top of that don't forget the U21's won the league despite losing several of the squad to the seniors (none of the media picked up on that as they were far more interested in Citeh's Under 15's winning). Lets just hope whoever is manager next season doesn't wreck what clearly has been done behind the scenes over the last few seasons. If it is Jose (I personally think there are better options out there) hopefully he will let youth have a part to play and not just quick fixes for obsene fees.

I love how people are going bang goes the youth setup. One, it's one of the things he said he would push when he detailed his points applying for job. Two, it's being run by Nicky ****, three most of the key youth are established members of the first team.

No no! Mou will close the academy and sack all the youth coaches, making them work the rest of there days of at the local Mc Donald's.

It's hilarious isn't it, how other "fans" are so much concerned about ManUtd and the values. People are worried about class, youth set up, boring football. Bless them for being so good to us.

Fans are the same wherever you go, at the beginning of the season Leicester fans were whining about their board being short sighted in appointing the 'tinkerman' and look where he got them. A fan is never happy unless they are 'managing' themselves hence the need for football manager sims.

Press are trying to make a story where there isn't one.

Man United youth falling apart. U21's smash league again and first team is flooded with the best of em. Our youth (MCFC u18-u13s) won every other division in the youth setup, like its an indicator of how much better the teams are.

Most people who pay attention see the kids swapped out age groups like panini soccer cards, We had a lad in the u18's at age 14 this season and he smashed it. The results are on the pitch/development.

If United are panicking someone wants slapped and being told to calm down :lol The progress is clear. :D

Well done on winning the fa cup fellas. I'm going to miss Van Gaal though, he was always giving it right back to the press and made it a joy to watch.
