DDG has not been sent home. And there's no evidence against him knowing what his team mates were upto after arranged meeting as of yet !
 
It gets worse the more I read. Apparently there are logs that De Gea might have organized some sexual parties involving 5 other United players - United's Spanish commando no doubt. There's currently no evidence that took place but it might yet come up during the investigation.

There's some tapes, WhatsApp logs, medical evidence, at least three protected witnesses on record. It's a massive case, entire underground prostitution ring, with full force of authorities behind it.

Will see but apparently all the evidence is that involves DDG is that he arranged the meeting with the woman. If true and he knew nothing about what team mates did, then he will be fine. Will see any ways. Not getting carried away yet until the whole truth comes out and not just some pure speculative rumours as so far. He's speaking later on TV apparently.

That's exactly what makes me think it's real. People managing operations this high profile are savvy political operators. They would never launch this to the public days before Euro without having rock solid case. If case proves bogus and Spain does poorly in the tournament, the public backlash towards the authorities would me huge. Which means whatever they have is ******* serious.

Arranging a meeting is called pimping, and happens to be illegal. If he pimped them out with just any hooker he'd probably get away with it. But considering the girls were apparently underage, drugged and beaten, he's ******.

Going to try to summarize in English. There's an ongoing case against a **** producer who was trafficking and abusing women in Spain.
They're calling it "The Torbe Case". A protected witness testified that she was taken to a hotel where she was abused by 2 footballers.
Torbe forced her into the encounter, claiming she was going to be paid very well. Muniain and an unnamed footballer sexually assaulted her.
De Gea was apparently the one who called Torbe for her services. They kept in touch afterwards because they were trying to keep her quiet.
She says that later on, De Gea also tried to arrange another encounter with 5 Man Utd players but there's no proof this ever happened.
However, De Gea is mentioned in another Torbe related incident where a minor claims that she was raped by Torbe and...
That this was recorded so that it could be sent to De Gea and other Athletic Bilbao players.

The authorities in Spain aren’t considering to call De Gea, Isco or Muniain to testify or answer for any crimes unless proof is found.

Considering that the accusations by the witness were investigated and no proof was found, players likely not to be implicated any further.

Come on, mate, said innocent only in comparison to this case and 'cos the girl who was involved in Johnson's case looked 20-25, so I actually believe Johnson that he wasn't aware of her age.
