The Manchester United Thread

On Sunday the 18th of September, 5 years ago, we beat Chelsea 3-1, and this cracking finish from 'Nando was the highlight of the game.

Aside from the fact that was against Utd, I could VERY happily have that on a loop playing all day long and not get tired of it. :D.

How the F did Igahlo miss that?

Awful mistake from Smalling. You could see De Gea calling for it.

Save! Watford should be 2 up here. Dominating Utd the air.

Now a bad miss from Ibrahimovic on the break.

This is fixing to be a good game with goals both ends.

I was just thinking, is this the fastest back 4 in the league? Shaw & Valencia are rockets, Smalling & Bailly are exceptionally quick for centre halves.

Good goal. No more than Watford have deserved.

Martial should of been straight off with the concussion. So much for football caring about head injuries. He's all over the place. Poor officiating and medical staff decisions that leave him out there.

Completely agree, of course as a player he wanted to continue, but Jose should've took control and taken him off immediately.

What a season Martial's having, Jesus.

And on the other hand if Jose praises the **** out of Herrera, why not benching fcking Rooney and give him the starting spot? His volley after Zlatan's layoff was beyond ridiculous.

Just like under everyone else, Rooney is automatic starter, no wonder our team fails when we have players who have to be starting no matter what.

Don't get me wrong we have been shabby in a lot of areas but seriously where is the balance in that midfield and what on earth are we trying to achieve with it?

Exactly sub off Fellaini and Rooney and bring on Herrera and Carrick it will be a different game imo. Zlatan might as well not be on the pitch because he's getting no decent service at all. Rashford having a bit of a mere tbh. Lucky it's only 0-1!

I presume if this holds you'll personally have Utd finishing no higher than 5th-7th as top 4 teams don't loose to Watford.

That was how you told it after the Burnley victory over L'pool right? ;).

At least I'll win a few bob.
I put a treble on yesterday, including United to lose.

I don't fancy these players at all.

Mourinho hasn't lost 3 straight games since he was at Porto 14 years ago.

Some consistency that.

Wonder if he still thinks Materazzi is a 'hard working donkey?'

Ironic the result at HT with the FM promo being revealed. No doubt some people will see this as a sign of potential bugs in the game to come
