The Manchester United Thread

the thing is zlatan is not your ordinary 35 yrd old footballer,he takes good care of his body and it shows.streets ahead of rooney physically

So Albiston & Mickey Thomas on MUTV haven't even got Pogba in the shortlisted 3 for MOTM, wow.... what game were they watching?

Love the passion the lads were showing after the final whistle. Mourinho as well feels like a huge victory for him to!

14 goals for Zlatan this season

Remember at the start of the season when we said if he gets 15 he's done his job...

He's been getting back to the boil again lately and was a class finish tonight. Impressive figures don't get me wrong but I'm still a tad disappointed with them misses he had in games earlier this season which could of been crucial in picking up more points.

Every striker goes through a spell like that in a season. He's been huge for us and our attacking play. And for a free.

yes there were a few overhit, wayward passes but the fact pogba sees the openings and tries things others dont is what makes him a class apart

He has been good this season overall but I just really think we could be in a better position than where we are currently if he hadn't of missed them chances earlier in the season. Not blaming only him obviously but tbh him free doesn't matter as the value of him to us this season was always as our main striker.

Just a thought anyway, happy with him and the win tonight, just thinking of what could of been.

I look at it the other way. Just think where we would be without him and his goals this season :O

think we deserve a little luck after coming up against so many keepers on steroids this season

You now know what its like for everyone else facing de Gea the majority of the time. (Or EVERY time when he tips up at Anfield!).

so that's how Liverpool fans feel after facing de gea, he has been unreal a couple of times vs them. The worlds least deserved 3-0 win springs to mind

BTW, good win. Said it earlier in the day. Any win, not least under the lights, is a good win at Selhurst.

So congratulations.

Hopefully 'good' Palace turns up and thwarts Chelsea Sat'day dinner now!

Enjoyed that performance last night. A good team effort all round. Bit squeaky *** at times, but we got over the line eventually.
Some silly mistakes here and there (passing straight to an opposing player from 2 meters under no pressure etc...), but overall Pogba was man of the match.

I said to a mate before the game, if Zaha skins our left back and goes full tilt at Rojo, it will be red, and He was a very lucky boy.
Next two fixtures should bring 6 points, so we can only hope the teams above falter and let us close the gap.
It's frustrating at times, seeing your team win a few but staying rooted in 6th :@

Have to wait for the update on Bailly now and keep our fingers crossed.

Di Marzio on Rojo to Valencia. Hope he don't go at least not till the Summer.

Di Marzio report the Argentine is viewed as a priority for Los Che following on from a meeting between manager Cesare Prandelli and owner Peter Lim in Singapore earlier this week, in which the January transfer window and player arrivals and departures were the focus.

there will definitely be points dropped mate by at least one of the top four over the xmas period, just hope its not us.u can see the confidence creeping back in the teamnow, its evident over the last two games

would be very surprised if jose lets him go in january especially with baillys fitness

If Rojo didn't leave in the summer, then he won't leave in January. The cards were laid out on the table then, he chose to stay and fight, and not much has changed except for the fact he has played a lot more football than he probably expected.

Blast from the past! Jose has let Berbatov come and train with the first team, to keep fit while he's not got a club. Good experience Rashford and Co to tap into.
