Using blind at CB vs a team that uses a lot of crosses and long balls is a bad idea. Look at how we struggled to cope with anderlecht's long balls on thursday.

Blind is the best CB available after Bailly now with the injuries imo, I think he'll do fine
 
People seriously underating Blind at CB here. Apart from the Anderlecht game he's been very good there against all types of play. He's easily a better option than Tuanzebe.

(Half) Joking aside, Burnley away with a weakened side around him isn't the game you'd throw him in personally speaking. Now TFM is another thing altogether. But it appears there needs to be only 10 fit players available for that to ever happen.

i dont have a crystal ball but blind will definitely sit alongside bailly,probably for rest of the season.Rashford i think has really won over mourinho of late,the oppisite applies to martial and zlatan has played his last game for united.Time to look ahead despite the terrific season hes had.

TFM could play there no doubt. But when he did at youth level CB his positioning was really bad. And him liking to charge out with the ball ftom that position caused us problems when losing the ball. I honestly think he will be understudy to Valencia and an option for CM. like Fabinho for Monaco. There's no way I would be throwing Tuanzebe in against Burnley away with a weakened team and top 4 on the line. I have no doubt about his ability. And I'm sure you feel the same as you've seen him at youth level also.

Oh, I wasn't at all suggesting he should come in at centre back Sunday.

Just that he's seemingly little to no chance of playing at all in any position no matter how stretched Utd are.
 
Slight Utd topic: Anyone try anything different for FPL this week? Utd have double game-week. Hard to know which players will survive a Sunday-Thursday, barring maybe DDG & Bailly... negates the whole advantage of having a 'double week'.

Went for a possible bonkers captain in Gaston Ramirez (double week too). Any sort of return at all be sound.

Honestly got very hit and miss with FF this year. Half the time I get busy doing something else and completely forget to change anything until the games start and I realise but then the deadlines passed.

But I did remember last night. As I only have two Middlesbrough defenders on a double week, I went with Lukaku on the basis that West Ham have fallen off a cliff and the hope Everton will actually turn up away for once.
 
Have 2 'Boro defenders & Ramirez, played my bench boost. Hopefully they do the bizz & get us 2x clean sheets this week :) 33 points behind in second, need to start clawing back!

Blind-Baily at CB is quite fine option. Miki, Martial, Rashford, Rooney, Young, Lingard covering the front. All CMs available. This is still a very solid side despite the injuries, so no excuses if they fail to make CL, one way or another.
