Good first half. Easily the best team. Tie should be done and dusted. Looks like will be another slog again.

Couple of poor misses from Metal Mickey and Lingaard (the second chance), but let's not forget this is a European semi and these are no mugs.

Very enjoyable semi this. Celta need to get a grip on Pogba, who's turned up and dominated a big game for once, in midfield and watch the pace of Rashford breaking ahead of him, interchanging well with Lingaard. Utd need to watch Aspas cutting in from the right and Sisto from the left. Been impressed with Guidetti's hold up play too. Shocking miss from Wass early. Great save from Rashford. Couple of poor misses as mentioned. And a VERY lenient referee.

Very satisfactory first quarter of the tie from Utd's POV. But these have shown enough to suggest they'll be a big threat next week too if they're kept hanging around.

Nicely balanced tie. Enjoying this.
 
lingard is one of those players that doesnt do tap ins,just volleys and screamers

Celta have been very good, showing their euro form ratherr than recent prem, but that felt like sucker punch to them, they looked deflated, gotta hit them again.

You have to admire that kid. It's not just that he's talented, he steps up his game when team is in need. This year, last year, same situation: injury crisis, club trying to salvage the poor season, pressure is massive and it only energizes him. Gonna be **** of a player in a few years, ****, I start to wonder if you shouldn't just make him main man and bring a solid backup+hopefully recovered Zlatan.

This is why I want Griezmann. You can play him anywhere, wide, alongside Rashford, behind Rashford. Obviously a much better player, but their type of play; energetic, running, fearless, get behind the defence way are similar. You can have him and still play Rashford up front. Love Zlatan, but only one way you can play him. Rashford can't play 50 games next season, unfair to burn him out that way, but he's an absolute first teamer now

Very good away European display but you're left wondering whether Utd will regret only getting the 1? These lack pace but look dangerous on the break with a bit more composure.

Finely balanced tie. Enjoyed that. Interesting second leg.
 
Lovely! Better team and should of scored more. Great goal by Rashford. Pogba my MOTM. Romero solid as always and Darmian was good also. Can't see Celta getting back into this they look shot after the goal!
