No without a DM we would see pretty much the same restrictive attacking play as the latter of last season. With Darmian our left side would be very weak attacking wise imo. We really need to get the best out of Pogba this season. Not saying he was bad but he is capable of having much more of an impact. The only way I would play 4231 is if Pogba is played with a pure DM.

Oh yeah all the new youth signings reported for training today. Puigmal should be officially announced after his clearance has come through.

We created enough chances last season just didn't convert them. I'm not underestimating Herrera or Pogbas defencive work. But did we reall spend all that money to have Pogba doing so much defensive work and being so restricted? We would have Morata, Rashford, Martial, Perisic, Mky, Mata, Lingard, Periera for the front 3 spots which should be more than enough, as we witnessed with the amount of chances we created last season. Wouldn't be against another attacking signing. Just think we will get Griezmann next season anyway.

Need to get more out of what we've got! With a few more additions and a DM really think it will take us on this coming season.

Any word on the reliability of reports saying Rooney has been withdrawn from the Touring side prior to the transfer to Everton? As it's from places like The *** and Metro I see them more as click bait articles, but the rumors seem to be growing. And half the "sources" I've not even heard of

The only report I would trust is Paul Joyce.

Custis is an arsehole, though that said, I'm not sure even he would stick his neck out that far to make it up. Then again, he writes for the ***

Hopefully with Atletico agreeing deals for Vitolo, Costa and some mexican winger that means Griezmann coming in Jan or more likely next Summer.

maybe just needs a change of scenery,and a manager that can get the best out of him.no doubt conte is a fine manager but not all players respond well to all managers they work for

I think that's the position Pogba wants to play in and Mou wants him to play in, just like Pogba does for France?
