They are both Jose forwards. Quick, powerful, can drop deep or stay forward. Good on the counter, great for outballs under pressure, and both good for possession play. If Chelsea get Morata, then they haven't really lost, even though Conte is fuming over Lukaku.

United had been having a difficult time in this summer's transfer market but Lukaku deal changes the whole mood for them. Big signing

The window has been open a week and Utd, if this goes through, have signed a centre-half and a striker. But it's been a 'difficult time.'
Seriously, is their NOBODY that doesn't talk absolute bunkum during a transfer window? Deary me.
Seen people getting pissy about the fee, You will get the best part of ten years out of Lukaku a proven 20 goal a season striker. With the way fees keep inflating each year whether its 75m and Rooney or 90m I think its good business
To add to this Keita someone who has had 1 good season in a strong league is going for 70m
I was thinking earlier about just how much transfer fees have escalated. I remember back in my day (lol) people were open mouthed when David Platt left Aston Villa and went to Bari in '91 for £5.5 million which was a record back then. In todays money it's spare change in the back pocket
Dunno if you have read soccernomics? There is a way to calculate transfer fee inflation by working out the average transfer fee for the season then comparing the increase season on season. I would be very interested to see the figure for 2015-16 compared to 2016-17 and then what it would be after this window
also will point to the outrage of Chris Sutton to blackburn for a similar fee?
Ok, lets get a winger and a DM and we're set.
I still think Perisic will happen, that will solve the winger part. DM, by reports Dier isn't happening (thank god), so we'll turn to Weigl.
Cant see him moving for at least another year yet, especially after the injury. Think he'll give Dortmund one more before the scramble starts for him
If we're going for him we must be somewhat confident, I'd happily have Fabinho, seems perfect, no idea why we don't go all in for him.
