The Manchester United Thread

Certainly not.
Old school hard work, pace and what looks like from both now, a hunger to win.

José Mourinho: "I have faith in Anthony. As a pure attacking player, he is very good. The player I was looking at was not a pure winger."

I'm expecting a big win tomorrow but cant help but feel like it'll be a boring 1/2-0 win.

Mourinho, "I was looking for a wide player who could allow us to play 3 at the back."

Ok NOW it makes sense. A few of us on here just didn't understand Perisic coming in when you have Martial & co. but it was for extra tactical flexibility, a LM who could be a competent LWB (ala Moses on the right for Chelsea) to allow us to switch to 3-4-3/3-5-2

Which is why they needed to be defensively strong and explains the perisic obsession. Very few players like that

Can't help but feel the deflation if we **** up at Swansea today :P

Everyone on such a high, it seems only natural that there is a stooping low coming ^.^

Sorry :P

In all seriousness, if don't win today... I'll be very disappointed. This Swansea team seems very mediocre. Although I rate their manager, but even he can only do so much with this group.
Just watching a replay of us at there place last season. We absolutely battered them at full strength, with Rooney, Young, Fellaini, Carrick in the team :O

I'd take a 1-0 win. This is exactly the type of drilled dogged side we dropped points against.

**** that noise, take em to town, show em you mean business, kick the **** out of em, pass the off the park and bang in 4,

Swansea are actually unbeaten in 6 PL games apparently (obviously carrying on from last season) but if they manage to get a result today and stretch it to 7 it's a club record for them.

Sorry Pardew... Who the f**k is Lukaka, you ignorant ****.
