Agreed mate but just think we need a different coach to get the best out of our attackers.

Mourinho needs elite attackers, any level below that, he needs players that suit him; wingers that play from deeper areas, not so much wide forwards. Think Duff and Robben from his Chelsea days, these are his ideal wide men, not a couple of number 9s who only want to go one way. He wants two way wingers who thrive in transition, which is why he wanted Perisic so much.

Makes more sense to get a new coach that suits our players, than to sign a **** load of old fashioned players that suit Jose, and we'll be ****** as he'll inevitably leave soon anyway

Mourinho needs the best attackers, he needs word class consistency in the final third, as he himself can't enhance attackers. He is a defensive, reactive manager, who can overpower smaller sides due to quality on the pitch, but it's all crosses or just letting the team do what they feel fit, theres no identity or method behind it. Which is fine if you have Ronaldo and co. from his Madrid days, or Hazard and Costa from Chelsea, but if he doesn't have this level of ruthless attack, he's fighting a losing battle.

Say what you like about Poch, he gets more from this attack, and as a result, probably more from the team as a whole

You speak sense but that is all in a perfect world, we can't just compare star players to other star players because as you say we rely too much on Pogba where as if KDB isn't performing Silva, Sterling perform instead and hopefully that's where players like Ozil or whoever we bring in can help Pogba and take pressure of him and help when the team aren't playing well, Jose isn't untouchable and isn't without blame however the man has a track record and is (hopefully) working towards a plan and he know's what he is doing.

I just feel people are getting caught up in the whole 'sack the manager' when things aren't going right but in the same breathe want another 'Fergie' and maybe they should look back into his career and see thing's weren't all that rosy to begin with under SAF and patience will be rewarded in time, Yes the style of play is not great but everyone knew Jose would stink the place out at times as that is what he does and hopefully over time he will adapt and begin to build a legacy. At the time I always thought Jose was the perfect man to replace SAF now I feel Pep would have been the better choice due to style of play however if Jose manages to win trophies then surely that's what it's all about ?

All I know is we're not as good defensively as a Jose team should be, and we're not as good in an attacking sense to win a league title. He's past his best before date, but not 'use by'.

Been a few reports in there locals that we will pay the money to terminate the loan. And they want the loan space for an attacking player.

Brings to mind, a good few years back, Molby's testimonial. In the ground stupidly early with a mates 6 year-old and his little mates. Down the front the Kop watching the players kick-in. And one of the kids starts shouting 'Babb! Babb!' This went on a while before James came over and asks him if he wants him to get Phil Babb. Which he does. Babb comes running down, smiling, saying (paraphrasing) 'Alright little man. You want me to sign something?' To which Jack's lil' 6-year-old mate screams back ' Nah. Yuse are *****. Now F-off back to Coventry!' Which had James and Ruddock and co on the floor in hysterics.

TBF, the typically cheeky lil' Scouse kid with the 'colourful' vocabulary was dead right in his assessment of Phil Babb.

His strategy for winning the league is getting increasingly outdated I feel. For him its all about smashing the smaller teams and playing for a 0-0 against the bigger teams. However, when you are competing against teams like City and Liverpool who are just going to go full throttle for 3 points every game, its tough especially when City at least are pulling it off.

Its a minor flaw admittedly but still one of the many others have already mentioned.
 
To add on to that, I am pretty sure his pressers where he constantly has a go at his players does not help. Its what broke him at both Madrid and Chelsea. He always tries and shifts the blame to referees and players creating a siege mentality. The act tires quickly especially when you are a proud institution like United.

Simply not good enough from the players and coaching staff.
