As he’s married to Mourinho, surely the owners would bin him at the same time?
A proper structure has been needed there for long enough with proper football men who can build a team with a plan instead of Woodward and his galatico spend answers.
As far as I'm concerned Woodward should have very little to do with transfers, let him do the other stuff he is good at with the commercial/sponsorship side of things. He'll never be binned because he does a lot of good stuff in the latter sense, Glazers will love him for that.
Like Mike and you to an extent say, we need a structural change and cleanup.

To be fair to FSG, they’ve learnt from their early mistakes and when they went all in on Klopp, and put a proper club structure in place on down, with accountability, culminating in a football man like Edwards getting bumped three windows back. And the results are there for all to see.
