The Manchester United Thread

As anyone thought about this when we say that Eric ten Hag has imponent a style of play. Did Eric ten Hag bring in the right sort of coaches to his coaching staff to imponent the Ajax style play with him when he became our manager?. I don't think Mitchell van der Gaag & Steve McClaren are known for playing Ajax style of play when they were managers. Yes injuries has hasn't helped and the players not being suitable to play the Ajax style, but where Tottenham and Aston Villa etc has managed to change their style of play. Maybe they're brought in the right coaching staff to imponent that style of play.

MVG been ETH no2 for ages so I would think he has a good clue on how he works. And McClaren has managed in Holland before and worked with ETH before.

A host of intermediaries have started touting their clients for the #mufc manager’s position. But there is a feeling in some quarters at United that it would only be fair to Ten Hag if he were judged once the new owners have their preferred structure in place. [@hirstclass]

| BREAKING: Sir Jim Ratcliffe has appointed corporate restructuring firm Interpath Advisory to undertake a major cost-cutting exercise at #mufc. The review will take place in two parts, with the first task being to analyse United's business costs, such as travel bills and contracts with external companies. The second phase, later this year, will involve a review of United's employee costs, which is expected to lead to significant job cuts of 20 to 25 per cent. [

#mufc’s latest filing to the SEC reveals that £120 million has been cleared from their revolving credit facility following Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s £234.2 million cash injection into the club. [@Dan_Sheldon_]

is that 120m off the overall debt
Shame the greedy majority owners haven't paid off a bit more. £120m isn't really going to make much of a dent in the amount owed especially when you consider that the Glazers have taken more than that in Dividends since 2016.

Not just the mens team lol
