We have been offered many jobs in the job search while I am managing UAE and also have had a lot of interviews, but I will be taking none of them as it is not offering the same or greater amount of money than I am already earning.

More job offers on the way but we declined them all, also we lost 3-0 to Portugal in a friendly.

We played a friendly against Germany and lost 7-0. We then moved on to the World Cup group stage and lost 2-1 to Jamaica and 6-0 to Spain in our group. My UAE side got knocked out of the World Cup in the group stage. But hey from managing Wealdstone in the Vanarama National League to managing a country in the World Cup shows that I have come a long way and hopefully there is more progress.

So it is that time of the year again. And it is where we talk about the managerial rich list. Top of the list is Antonio Conte at Inter Milan earning 300k pounds per week. Second on the list is Jurgen Klopp at Real Madrid earning 175k pounds per week. And third is Brendan Rodgers at Liverpool earning 160k pounds per week. Under Conte last season, Inter won Serie A, lost in the Italian Cup semi final against SPAL and got knocked out in the Champions League quarter final against Atletico Madrid. Under Klopp last season, Real Madrid finished 3rd in La Liga, lost in the Spanish Super Cup semi final against Barcelona, got knocked out against Barcelona in the Spanish Cup fifth round and got knocked out in the quarter finals of the Champions League against Borussia Dortmund. Under Rodgers last season, Liverpool finished 3rd in the Premier League, they won the Community Shield against Chelsea, got knocked out in the FA Cup third round against Leicester, lost the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City and lost in the semi final of the Champions League against Barcelona.

A few international teams offered me jobs but I declined it because of wages. After I got knocked out of the World Cup with UAE, Pep Guardiola gave some words of encouragement after my loss to Spain and England won the 2034 World Cup.

We played a couple of games against Lebanon and Ecuador. We were very average in those games and we need to step up during the next international break.

We played friendlies against Nepal and Mexico and we lost both of them. Managing this team is turning out to be difficult and it is quite a challenging project to manage UAE. The performances are worse than the ones at Cambridge United many years back and we need to do something to get back on track.

This is how we played in the friendly against Hong Kong. We were totally outclassed. And we need to perform better in the games we play now. Also the groups for the Asian Nations Cup has been drawn and we are in group B with Bahrain, Pakistan and Syria in our group.

We played friendlies against Germany and Argentina and we lost both of them. I assign friendlies against better teams because I want to see how we can get better at football and over time match up to those kinds of teams through a better mentality. Right now we are miles off and I am having a tough spell as the UAE manager. I also started looking for new jobs since it is January now and there will be jobs available mid season. So let us see how that goes.

We played a friendly match against USA. We lost the game. Also I received many job offers but I turned them all down because of the wages. Also we have decided the squad for the 2035 Asian Nations Cup.

We played a friendly against Belgium and lost that too. Our preparation for the Asian Nations Cup is frankly speaking really **** and I am worried about the performance in the tournament. Also I have been offered a number of jobs but I refused to take them because of the wages.

We have been knocked out of the 2035 Asian Nations Cup. We drew against Pakistan, lost to Syria and Bahrain. I am having a torrid time as the UAE national team manager.

So I have been sacked as the UAE manager after 17 months in charge. A 9% win rate meant that things had to change. This was a worse managerial spell than Cambridge United and I was absolutely awful as UAE manager, no questions about it. Here's hoping my next managerial spell brings me some success. Now I really need it. Also South Korea won the 2035 Asian Nations Cup and South Africa won the 2035 African Cup Of Nations. I have also started looking for new jobs.

I already have a new job within a matter of days. And it is the Qatar National Team. I have received a pay rise and I am now earning 19.5k pounds per week. Also this is the Qatar squad.

We played our first couple of games as Qatar manager and now I have got two wins on the bounce. A good start to life as Qatar manager. I hope it continues. Especially after my torrid spell as the UAE manager.

The World Cup qualifying groups have been decided and we will be facing Australia, Pakistan, Myanmar and Palestine. Also we had a job interview with a club. And we played a friendly against Angola, we drew the game, it was a superb comeback.

We played against Palestine and Pakistan in the 2038 World Cup qualifiers and we won both games. Before that a long time back we played a friendly against Oman after the Angola game and we drew that match. We are doing pretty well so far as Qatar manager, a new lease of life after the shocking performances as UAE manager.
