Was announced on local news yesterday-think thats when the shirts hit the stores. First 10,000 fans who go instore can exchange the old ones for the new ones

I'm not sure on the full details tbh. Though even though I'm not a NUFC fan, it's kind of strange not seeing the Northern Rock logo.

Hopefully it is only for this season to cover the current Northern Rock logo.

Not that fussed though, don't think it looks too bad, and it must be good luck, 1st time we wear it, beat the champions 3-0.

Yeah I suppose. Guess I'm just being picky lol. I do still miss the old strip of old though with the Brown Ale logo.

Though I thought it was more than luck you beat them lol. was just right tactics and strategy by Pardew, and just a great performance by the side. Judging by what I heard, even if Utd had a couple of key players fit....Newcastle may just have nicked it. Just shows in this league no matter how big the club is nobody is safe.
 
They literally stuck the Virgin money logo over the Northern Rock one, just look at the sponsor on Demba's shirt -

they could have just put the red circle with the word 'virgin' rather the extra detail. looks weird though XD.

edit: ohh i just realized that will make it more worse. XD.
