consernig the first post - doesn't pirlo fitts better as deep lying playmaker? and doesnt zlatan makes a great complete forward?

and what r we counting here? there is an option showing what every duty needs in the tactics screen, but no hirerchy....
is the answers here based on intuition or exprience?

With regards to what you have said, yes there are options to show what every duty needs. However, are you going to slowly swap players and see swap roles and see which one he's good at? Besides, what you said as Zlatan playing great complete forward are your experience or perhaps guess. What i have put up are their best roles as calculated from their stats.
