However, it's telling which player was notable for his absence from the friendly against Blackburn, and it wasn't Delph just saying.

Jokes aside, it's probably not literally a pedo scandal but another case of "I thought she looked legal".
 
The fact the individual has been released on bail probably indicates it is not as bad as the media are making out to be fair. It could as Tyton has already said be a case of 'he/she (it doesn't always follow that it is a female) looks/sounded old enough. Being arrested and investigated does not make you guilty.

Ryan Giggs pleaded not guilty today to attacking his ex-girlfriend.

Allegations include

⚫ Three years of controlling/coercive behaviour
⚫ Kicking her in back
⚫ headbutting her & assaulting her sister
⚫ Threatening to send explicit emails to her work
 
How the F can Everton (not Drunken obviously as hes still banned 🤣🤣), go to America for friendlies?
