I know Chelsea isn't everyones cup of tea but I decided to make them a kit:

You forgot to add the layers to go on the top on the kits.(the textures)

Then make a new layer above the base layer with a different colour on it or what ever. Thats what I did for this rovers kit if thats what you mean, to put the quaters in?

Go to they layers box probably on the right of your photoshop, scroll down til you get to base. Click the arrow and go to shape. Then click FX an go to colour overlay and pick what colour you want.
