My guess would be to make a layer filled with noise, then desaturated it. Change the layer style to something like soft light and then apply a dust and scratches filter to increase the size of the noise. Just a guess though

Or it could be a texture overlay...

The sponsor - you should get rid of the white outline. The kits need something, it's just a tad bland. The 3rd kit is ok though.

Mexico...Made them on my request thread...Any opinions?

They are a bit wierd, but I like the home and third. The away one I don't really like, for two reasons. 1) The eagle seems to have nothing to do with Mexico. 2) The shade of black you have used is not good as the whole texture layer has dissolved in to it. Use a lighter shade.

Thanks for the feedback.. the eagle was meant to signify the one on the coat of arms on their flag
