After seeing the Newcastle kits for so long, they aren't all that bad.

Well, I'm not to impressed by the home design. But the away and third look pretty decent.

Why would you want to cover up half/quater of the kit? Especially when shorts never really have much of a design on them? Seems rather limiting.
 
Nothing is ever on the right side of the kit anyway apart from stripes that you can see at the top or things on the left side. It is to be different and give something else to a kit and present more than a shirt. It looks good in game anyway:

Oh sorry about that, I thought it had those little stripes down the sleeves, I'll fix that up.

This is my first try at making a kit.. It's for my hometown team the Philadelphia Union.

I had trouble uploading it to my flickr account (it would add a black background) and photobucket would resize it past the allowed size for some reason, so unfortunately I had to make it thumbnail sized :(
