What about this,

MUCH better. But.. find a better picture for the sponsor (I assume that's why it looks weird)

and Black doesn't suit the kit, since it's Arsenal - stick to Red/White/(Gold?)/(Small bits of blue) and keep it simple.

Aaand, resize to 250x250

^ I like the top two - although the 2nd shouldn't be a Fulham kit IMO (Maybe Wolves?)

The 'pool sponsor should just be bigger and in the middle, making it overly simple doesn't really work with that kit tbh.

The last one I don't like - too central - and get rid of the logo for the sponsor, leaving just the company name, would look better I think.

this is alright, not really a fantasy kit though is it?
don't like the black, should be white for a Liverpool,
and please, don't use an ex United sponsor on a Liverpool shirt

On all of them, sponsors should be higher up.
The first kit is the wrong red for Arsenal, should be a little darker - tbh, the default [red] colour is usually the right one! Also, sponsor should be smaller.

Second one is fine, but sponsor should be higher and brown. Stay consistent, don't have a big sponsor on one then a smaller one for the away or whatever.

Third, Pink? Really? For Arsenal? Wrong colour but otherwise fine.

Fourth, looks good, but move the sponsor up and maybe get rid of the head, leaving just the writing and change the colour.

It's the wrong colour blue, but you're getting there! Also, maybe it should be two blues instead of blue and white? So a lighter (like IRL) and darker blue? Just a thought.
