good renders for your first ones, a bit of work around the shoulders and they will be nice, its easier to start with renders with little or no hair (obviously) but after a while you will find them so easy:D
 
Just I took your original post as if you were saying 'heres a collection of renders' implying they were your. And as i've just started rendering I know I'd be ****** if someome took credit for my work.

Any ways. Any constructive critisism(sp)?

Oh the font is alright but the background isnt really good but overall 6/10
