brought from porto 5th season! best player ive ever seen regen or not.

Post a screen shot of a top regen in your game. My guy is 19 year old Sasa Miller of Australia. Different scouts have rated him 4 or 5 star potential. Last two games for Aus he scored 4 and then 5.

insane striker. especially since he's australian. i doubt that happens very often :D

SOME OF MY EXTRAORDINARY REGEN !!!!!!

Paco (could be the next Lionel Messi)

I snap this kid from Barcelona academy, just like Wenger when he snapped Cesc from La Masia. Age just 16 when I approach this kid. This kid surely is the next big thing guaranteed. Just look at his stats and with his age. Everything is possible. I tend to make him the new Messi. Playing on the right wing with devastating left foot. And he is small just like Messi.

Miguel Angel (dubbed as the new Robert Pires)

Filipe Silva (Arsenal's Xavi)

Carlos Pedros Delgado (could be as influential as Laurent Blanc or Marcel Desailly for France)

This kid. I snapped from Marseilles when he was 17. Now look at his stats at just aged 21. And look at his goalscoring record !!! 20 goal a season, and the sesaon havent ended !!! A CENTRE BACK WITH 25++ goals a season ! And yes all that goals are from corners.

Diego Valenti (New Zanetti ?)

At some point on my game I dont have a proper right back. Sagna retire, Rafinha retire. I dont know what to do. Then I search on Brazil and Argentina. And I found this gem on Boca Juniors. I bought him. Not cheap, I bought him for 48M. And now he cemented the right back position for maybe the next 10 years. Could be a legend on that position.

Demba Diallo (Szechny wants to leave the club searching for a new challenge despite winning 32 trophies on 9 years with me !!!! So, here comes this kid......)

What do u guys think about all my regens ?

Feedback will be appreciated....

thx.....

they are all very very good. though i think Paco would be more effective down the middle rather than on the right, even though i'm sure he's doing a very good job on the right wing (i assume you're playing him as an inside forward?). and 48M for a right back? time to start a new save mate ;)

@Kingpadboy

There are several things you'll need to do:

- Get the right trainers. When managing a (big) club I always aim to have at least 4.5 stars in each category. You can find the required skills for a trainer of each category here: 5 stars training in Football Manager 2011

- Make training schedules for specific player roles (I make both youth and main squad schedules)

- Let your regens play a lot in the first squad

- I have a private chat with my important players every 25-30 days telling them to work harder on the training

- Get older, more experienced players to guide your youth players

- I focus relatively little on match preparation, so the players will have more time for their actual training schedule

Again, ive noticed that at around 2018, some regens are just so good its stupid !!! FM 2012 need to keep it realistic after a point, when it gets to easy and the regens are so unrealistic, its just boring. those regens are sooo good!!!

Considering I don't really have a clue what I'm looking for this guy seems pretty good.
