Again, ive noticed that at around 2018, some regens are just so good its stupid !!! FM 2012 need to keep it realistic after a point, when it gets to easy and the regens are so unrealistic, its just boring. those regens are sooo good!!!

You could look on it in a different light, you can't keep 30 mega players happy in 1 squad. Everyone is stronger, not just you.

I guess youre right, also check this guy i got from REAL MADRID, checked genie scout and he has potential 187 !!! he is already second choice centre back, he is improving sooooo quickly, check out the GREEN ARROWS

Got these two guys rejoining me as their manager, I bought Korotkevich as a 16 year old for Red Star, he then moved to Real Madrid after I resigned and got Tutored by Casillas, so his mental development got beastlier, Deans I signed for dortmund at 18 and now he's pushed out completely by the mega regen they bought under my management, but he is still top class.

View attachment 237598Absoltly lost for words, after losing 5-2 to FC Kopenhavn and missing out on the champions league knock outs by a point, i ripped into my team in the press conference and disciplined 4 players for a poor performance including TONI BARDOLET (REGEN WITH PA 197), THE next game he scores and assits in a 2-0 win, then 3 days later . . .
WE BEAT SPORTING GIJON 4-2, HE SCORES A 35 YARD STRIKE FROM A CORNER, THEN A 40 YARD HALF-VOLLEY AFTER ASSISTING THE 3RD GOAL !!!! THE BEST 2 GOALS IVE EVER SEEN IN ONE HALF !!!! AMAZING

Genie Scout or fmrte tells you the potential your regen has.

Paetoja, how high are Dinamo reputation wise? I understand you've won the CL plenty times, just curious as to how that corresponds to your rep and attracting players from other leagues, cheers

Yh you use genie scout, in my previous saves, i found that looking at it to get the best players made the game sooo boring, now i only use it to check i player that ive bought or has atleast already agreed a contract. ive realized the best thing to do is go to the transfer page, do age at most 18/19, then see who the most valuable players are, i did this and a 15 year old striker from stuttgart was worth 6 million (guessing hes good), also in a previous save, A 14 YEAR OLD ATTACKING MIDFIELDER FROM A SECOND DIVISION RUSSION TEAM WAS WORTH 6 MILLION, AFTER I SIGNED HIM, CHEKCED GENIE SCOUT AND HE HAD PA 200 !!!

Afer accidenty becomning addicted to FM after my dad bought me this rather than fifa all the way back in 2006, im officially stopping the game . . . . until FM 2013 !!! i looked at genie scout and realized i had every regen with PA 180+ except for 4, its gotten a ll boring, but i know ill be addicted again next year, ive holidayed my carrer, so hopefully ill be able to show you some amazing fully CA'd players in a couple days. I wanna focus on A Levels and ge into a top uni . . . Stay Blessed
