To be honest tho, my first team is all regens in 2020. And its made up of 3 Argentines, 2 Brazilians, 1 Cameroonian, 1 Burkina Faso, 1 German, 1 Turkish, 1 Portguese and 1 Mexican.

So basically just look everywhere!! But Argentina has definitely thrown up the greatest amount of top notch regens in my game
 
Well this is my current crop of regen talent in my Cardiff team, some are first teamers such as Passarella, Ahmed, Evandro and Kox. Sullivan currently plays the role of handy man, being able to play anywhere in Central midfield and Central Defence (Gets a lot of game time as a result!) All these players helped me win a Champions League title in 2018, very happy with the lot of them :D

to be honest, dont worry about regens for the first two seasons at least...they all start popping up from the third season and beyond..you need to have pretty good scouts with knowledge in south america and africa mainly...manually search brazilian teams like santos, fluminese, corinthians etc and argentinian clubs like velez, boca, river... for the european regens, you just have to wait and be patient..you're not likely to get the top ones unless you increase the club stature..they will always want to continue development at their club...or else join a bigger club. so basically, just focus on getting young, quality non-regens for now :D

the dutch left back is definitely the best of the lot. incredible stats for a 21 year old..
 
Dutch guy is an absolute monster! Got him from Ajax in 2016, was sitting in there reserves can you believe! cost me 2.8 million.

I like the Egyptian Goalkeeper to, he has really good stats for his age, considering Goalies developer later then others.

Adding to Malhar's point, patience is the key with any regen coming from South America or Africa. See my regen Evandro, I scouted him when he was 16 and I had to wait til he turned 18 before he came to Cardiff, so it takes patience to because everyone coming from South America or Africa cannot move to Europe before 18, but if you scout well enough you can potential world beaters ready to join you at 18 and before other teams manage to spot them :D
 
and its best not to conclude deals for any south americans/africans who are 15-16, unless you're 200% sure they're going to be monsters...otherwise you spend money and agree a deal, and by the time they join you, they best they can be is 'good' players rather than quality or key players.
 
In 2035 with Torquay but now have one of the best regen strikers I've ever had on FM, he just scored 7 in one premier league game for me...



Acc & Pace were also 20 until I trained his Strength and they went down to 19.

wow doesnt get much better than that...slightly low on composure for 'best striker ever' lol...but i'm a massive fan..would pay any money to get him. besides, you can train his composure, he's only 23..that will increase too...maybe post a screenshot of him when he's 27-28. then he may well be the best striker ever.

I said one of the best I've had, wasn't suggesting he is the best striker in FM history! :P
 
I find a lot of great talents from France, Brazil, Spain & Argentina, although I never seem to get any good players from Africa - any suggestions of good clubs to look at?

Totally disagree, most of the best regens in my game are from the first/second season

Just go through the major clubs of nations such as cameroon, egypt, tunisia, nigeria, ghana, etc on regen date. Should hopefully unearth a gem or two

for the first one focus on agility and balance
with a bit of extra tactical on training
second work on strengh
hes more of a deeplaying playmaker then bwm cuz his bravery and agression are pretty low
16 year old individual on finishing and composure till they bot get like 14 15
for adira a bit on technique
other should be fine by natural progression
right back should be fine
marking a bit then positioning for some time
maybe dribbling to cuz he got good technique
the MC from Rennes a bit on finishing and long shots
he could be quite the box to box

Argentina always produces the best on my saves as well. Never seem to find too many special English youngsters though
 
The first season just finished and I spotted this 16 Year Old Regen playing for PSV he had 15 finishing and quality attributes, i'll look for a screenie now, I would of bought him but I tried 5 times and in the end they wanted 17m so I withdrawed.
 
I have the tallest player in the league. He comes from Barcelona and I picked him up on a free transfer. This player is going to be huge xP
