This guy could be the next Michel Platini apparently... His stats are pretty decent for a 17-year old. He has a 5* potential and already has a decent average rating. He's in my first team already and he's scored 3 and assisted 10 is 16 apps for my Parma team. He could do with improving his composure and maybe finishing as he misses one-on-ones fairly often. He's a pretty physical player but I'll try and get an older player to tutor him to see how quickly he can improve. Here's a few screenshots:

View attachment 236418First year of regens, i find this guy from mallorca, offer him a contract, he accepts, then go on genie scout to find out he has potential 197 !! he hasnt even reached half of it yet, he only has CA 91, also he should get 20 assing, frst touch, dribbling and technique and has 5 star progress rate according to genie scout !!! He'll be class !!!

Currently year 2016. Bough this guy when he was 15/16 from RC Lens. Look at that crazy stats and hes only 18! Cant wait till he is fully developed.

In no universe is this lad worth 18.75. He lacks in Work Rate and Composure, two of the most important stats for a striker. He also lacks in pace. He would need to grow at least three points in composure, at least one point in pace, at least 3-4 more points in acceleration, and at least 3 points in work rate. Anticipation and bravery are added bonuses for strikers, but your boy here is severely lacking in both departments. He needs to grow a lot if he ever wants to be a star striker, and unless he has a hidden PA of 190+ I wouldn't even cough up 10 mil for him.
 
Hey, all. New to the game and forum. I don't really know anything about football, but decided to try this game because I loved the hockey series. I just got this player from my first youth intake as coach of Lucena in Spain's Second Division B4. Can anyone steer me toward the best role for him? I'd really appreciate any help because I'm really at a loss. I want to give him a chance at a good career without mucking up his development.

Also, I created a custom schedule for him with defense to "none." I noticed that Messi and Ronaldo (the only players/forwards I really know) have lower defense than him... So I'm assuming it's not important for a primarily offensive role. Is this advisable?

not easy to get a starting place if you have hamsik and lucas in midfiled. they're both on form. lol. but i started him in every cup games so far.
