latest prospect from my youth system...made his debut against sheff wed in the fa cup and put in a motm performance..lookin forward to his development and hopefully a replacement for rodwell when his wages get too high for my liking

i would train him individually on speed. hopefully you have good training schedules. put him on heavy individual training and train him on quickness. give him games against lower tier sides in the spanish cup. then train him on off the ball, positioning, strength, stamina etc..the usual things for a good centre-back. i would also recommend that you do not put him in your u18s squad unless you're managing them yourself. make sure he starts in every game for them, and as i said, play him in the first team asap whenever you come up against totally rubbish opposition that you know you will demolish 10-0 or something. by the time he's 17, you should give him at least 15-20 games a season in the first team. good luck

looks talented
i would retrain him to a winger tho cuz of his low teamwork and workrate
 
i like my wingers to be able to dribble and have a high work rate though...i have him next to someone with a 20 in work rate so he's the grafter in midfield so gonna work on this lads passing and have him as a dlp
 
World Player and World Golden Ball of the Year winner and runner-up. Both in my team. Jentzsch is a regen from my own academy and Rios is a legendary striker who is my all-time top scorer. Never normally keep players pnce they hit 30 yrs old, but he just has to be an exception

he could become a classy dlp on support
but also a good winger or dlp forward A,
 
These two are two of the best central midfielders that i ever had
 
Found these 2 bad boys in my 2nd season as Leicester manager (from Boca and River respectively). Had them both signed at least 6 months before their 18th birthday, even though Auzqui set me back £10m (love that Thai chairman at Leicester!). Now midway through my 3rd season and 2nd in the Prem (mainly down to the striker!). They were born 8 days apart, something must be in the water in Argentina. I think they'll both be IMMENSE! Only concerns are a) Diaz's flair and passing, and b) Auzqui's acceleration (although it doesn't seem to be hindering him at the minute).

This is the first time I've played this far in to the game, so any advice on how to develop these 2 would be much appreciated, thank you

Here's a few gems from my Man United save:

Torsten Vogel. Bought from Schalke in 2018 for 2.9mil. Currently the best player in the world, and the best regen I've ever seen.

Jonathan Solaberreita. Bought from Velez in 2022 for 12mil. Best CM in the world and scores a crazy amount of goals. 26 in 36 apps last season with a hat trick in one game.

None of these were found with genie scout and all were developed in my youth system, so I'm pretty proud honestly.
