found a new technique for youth development, rotate into the first team until about 21 years old THEN send on loan when the player is 2.5 - 3 stars out of 3.5. I thought this guy was burnt out at 21, stats started wobbling downwards no matter what I did, until he spent 6 months playing first team football at Real Madrid, came back better than ever.

My target man extraordinaire.

Not always true that, on my save I'm the biggest club in the world with aldershot town, my players won't go to barca, I have however stole a few of their u18s think it all depends on rep

well, no harm in it. even if it doesn't work out, you'd be making a profit financially, so go for it.
