What are the scouts saying?

The scouts love him. He's 4-star with 4.5-star potential. But as I become a more experienced on PM, I'm trying to rely less on my scouts and more on my own reading of attributes. I've found more than one excellent 3-star player this way.

lol absolutely not!!! he surely isn't as good as 58M pounds. and if you're the manager of a team for whom money is no object, then we can infer that you are the manager of a very successful team anyway. so unless you are in desperate need of a striker, i wouldn't go for him. to be very honest, he is nowhere near as good as that. 30M at the most.

Hehe. Thank you, this is the kind of thing I was hoping to hear. I need to get good enough at reading attributes to come to this conclusion myself.

yes, you learn with experience how much a player is truly worth. there are always players that outperform and play beyond their ability...for eg. Gabriel Obertan, who helped me win the Champions League in my fifth season with Celtic, and was declared best player of the tournament. how ludicrous does that sound?? :D but anyway, hopefully you don't spend that much on him. if you get him for cheaper than that, certainly go for it. he's a very good striker. just not 58M good.

In 7 games at the U20 World Cup, this guy had 9 goals, 2 assists, was Man of the Match 6 times and had a 9.09 average rating.

Can't wait to bring him to Ipswich, but I have to for a year and a half. Boca should develop him well though.

very good technically, hopefully his composure improves over the next two years, so you can get it to a world class level when you finally get him. also dribbling is a concern, but he's only 16. ****** ****, he's going to be immense.

View attachment 248821This guy will be a dirty inside forward/striker
View attachment 248823My future playmaker. He was in my U18s since her was 15, and came to me concerned for playing time this season. Once he matures, he'll be a machine.
View attachment 248824This guy has been a challenge. He didn't like training well for the first season he was with me, but has been good this year. I had him out on loan to Swindon for half a season where he tore it up. I figured it wasn't good enough competition so I brought him back up. I found his role and I'm anxious to see him progress. He's at 2 stars CA and 4 star PA. Scary what his stats will be when he's full PA.
View attachment 248822Wow... this guy has just been a work horse in the training room and has quickly become a 1st teamer. 3.5 star CA, 4.5 star PA. I tried getting a work permit for him for an entire year and a half. Finally pulled him in. Soon to be paired up with this quick little guy.View attachment 248825

I have an entire 11 player squad made up of regens with 3.5-4.5 star PA. A 41221 formation.

GK: Mladen Nasman 3.5 PA
DR: Peter Vermeulen 3.5 PA
DC: Jonny Brooks 4.5
DC: Abundis 4.5
DL: Joel Lemos 3.5
DM: Fabio Tavelli 4.5
CM: Tobias Andersen 4
CM: Lothar Neuhaus 4.5
AML: Je` 4.5
AMR: Wasiu Festus 4
ST: Emmanuel Tinyo 4.5

If I want to play Pernica, I'll trade out Neuhaus and go with a 4222. With Pernica up top as a TM or DLF. I also have a few CM prospects. A couple Deep Lying Playmakers and a couple Advanced Playmakers. And a couple of options at striker. I also have a Brazilian joining me in 2016 who is suited to play FB/WB CM/DM and Wide Mid. He's a total wildcard but has a 4.5 PA at each spot. He's good enough to build an entire tactic around. He may just end up being CM for me as he is too slow for a WB spot and Andersen is kind of the "weak link" in the mid. He's sort of built like Iniesta but better defensive stats.

In a nutshell, I've very excited for 2016-2024. All these guys will peak within those years and hopefully I'll have a new wave coming through by then too. I love developing regens, and youth in general.

Signed this lad about a year ago , his stats are growing quickly
