My new regen that came through my academy, looks like he has an amazing potential going to utilise him and attempt to hone him into one of the best AMCs in the game...

Well, it's just that I don't see why you would holiday in a save that you're actually playing. That makes no sense to me. But I guess if you're sort of done with that save, then it does make sense. Fair enough. :)

The most fun to me about FM is building wordclass teams and managing them throughout the wheels of time. I also enjoy managing individual games, but to a lesser degree compared to managing/building the team and players. I dont have fun in the 99% of the games i know i should always win; if my team owns then it's expected and because i'm fielding 11 worldclass players vs Cardiff. So i rather just leave all those boring games to my AM and stick to playing championship finals / supercups and building the team, because that's most fun to me - see players come up, claim a spot in first team, become worldclass, become disgruntled and demand to move to barcelona ^^).

just won the league and french cup and lost in the final of the europa league - i am going to sell paloschi to give him more playing time. i believe if his development continues as it has so far he will be my main striker by the end of the next season :)
 
Wow allready at 18 he is world class should work abit on his pace its pretty good allready though, you got yourself one of the best poachers in a few years there i believe ;)
 
Have just realised the most amazing regen has appeared on my game... and I didn't notice him until after Liverpool signed him for a £9.5m bargain and he scored 2 on his debut. I have never seen a player just 'appear' at the age of 24, is this normal?

Absolutely gutted I missed out on him... I've won the Premier League 4 years in a row with Leicester with mainly regens who I've had since they were 15-19, but even though this guy is now 25 I would still happily spend ALL my transfer kitty on him.

Yeah, players appear at all ages (just the majority are ~16)


Very good player, won't be sold cheaply and it really shows the advantage of having player search filters for both youth players and senior players.

Wow, unbelievable! he is incredible! insane attacking midfielder. possibly the best I've ever seen. and yes, that does happen. My captain at PSG, Peter arrived in the game aged 23. Luckily I found him before others did.

Cheers as i said i been so impressed with him i have sold paloschi who has scored 150+ goals in the last 7 seasons 2 inter for 10 million (signed for 625K :)) I use Raiken007 training schedules however i move them from medium to heavy intensity - currently training him on composure with the view of moving onto pace if it does not develop massively naturally - i believe he still has a load of development left in him currently playing at 2* with the potential of 4*

Yeah it should grow naturally another thing you should train him on a bit is the first touch, its not bad, but it could be better :)
 
Got this lad for 3m, just need to get his composure and concentration up. Such an all rounded player already.
