I think it is quite difficult to help you there, it is 2020 already and we don't know which players did become better/worse etc. But maybe Lucas Silva? Adrien Rabiot?

in 2020 there would be a lot of changes and stuffs so it's not easy to say...

rather, look at transfer listed players and players with their contract coming to an end in 6-12 months... n

When you're that far into the game, surely there must be some quality regens! Personally I start using regens for my starting XI in 2016, maybe even 2015 (if they're good enough), by doing so, you're regens will develop a lot better :)
