For GK, go for Timo Horn for £3.8m buyout. Alternately, Ron Robert-Zieler is German (but HG in England) but a bit more expensive (£5-7m)
For ST, if you can get him Munir has a 10.5m buyout but may not be interested. Ben Yedder, Gabriel Barbosa or Jordan Rhodes are all other options.

I believe you can easily snap up Mathieu Debisschop for free as your DM. Good enough for Championship.
Inigo Velez is another free agent if you're looking at a Target Man.
Stephen Foster for CB if you don't mind him being old and slow.

Kyle Walker has always been solid for me, as for DM the obvious one is Lucas Romero but you could pick up Schneiderlinn or Fernando from Shakhtar pretty cheap
