There is a way to increase tycoon takeovers

So can you also alter the percentage of say consortium takeover vs. rich oil sheik takeover? Example:
Let's say as a default 95% is consortium and 5% is rich dude takeover and you want to change that to 80-20 for example. Is that possible and if yes, how?

I dont think it is possible mate. Basically, if you want to either get a consortium or rich oil sheikh takeover, then you will have to set it to 'Consortium' & 'Rich Individual Takeover'.

NO_PLC_TAKEOVER
NO_FAN_TRUST_TAKEOVERS

I also tried this on many of occasions and all i ever get is a local business man or other directors i have never had a tycoon in any of my football manager saves since i have started playing very unlucky indeed
