You might want to try adding /2009 in the config.

Like: <record from="###H" to="graphics/pictures/team/####/kits/home/2009"/>

If not, I'm not sure what to say. Maybe someone can help you in the other threads.

Just to clarify, do you mean left hand side when looking at it, or the ACTUAL left side (if wearing the shirt)? lol
