I've been reading various posts on FM Base for a while now and I've finally decided to start getting involved myself

I'm currently playing a save with Blackpool, with a Tiki Taka tactic that is currently working very well for me being top of the league after 14 games in my first season, not to mention being on a 10 match unbeaten run!!! Early on in to the season I changed the general team focus training to Team Cohesion and now, many weeks into the season, I'm getting complaint's off of a lot of my players (individually) saying that their training workloads are too low?
Now, not only do I need a solution to rectify this, I could also do with any advice on changing my training schedules to further improve my team / develop my players.

My team are currently:
- Being trained in two different tactics:- 4-3-3 and 4-3-3 (counter)
- General Training is Focus: Balanced + Intensity: Average
- Match Training is Focus: Tactics Only
- General Player Happiness is apparently happy with the current level of training
- Overall Workload is Medium
