Official. West Ham have signed Flynn Downes on permanent deal from Swansea for £9m fee plus add ons to total £14m potential package. #WHUFC Downes has signed the contract - he follows Areola and Aguerd at West Ham.

While I doubt any club would open negotiations for players if they weren't confident/or told that the player is interested in joining, there isn't a single reputable Chelsea journalist who is reporting FdJ story. They all come from Barca's.
Also de Ligt seems to be Bayern bound, but who knows...

The Yanks gone out there in person for talks with Barcelona for something more than just selling his own players. Dembeles a free agent so that rules that out.

Who ever it is theres some reason he’s there.
