Top goalscorer of the year value increase?

Just wondering, shouldn't the goalscorer of the year value increase when he wins the award? I had Milevskyi win this award last season and his value haven't moved a bit.. I dont get value increase...

No, value doesn't increase anymore unless they are under 23.

Wonderkids, Regens and Youths scoring a lot of goals gains reputation, therefore adds more value.

Legendary Strikers, top goalscorers and national team players already have reputation, therefore nothing is gained.

i see.... So even if Dzeko or Milevskyi becomes the best footballers in the world, there value will never get higher?

How does players get to 30-40m value ten?
