Unfortunate end to the month as Billy Bodin and Conor Clifford are both going to retire in June, they usually give you a year! Bodin has had so many injuries so im not too fussed but Conor Clifford had played over 30 games this season and was the club captain after Cruise and Spear left

Next season will be the hardest! I have been able to get by on free transfers for 2 years but they wont make much of a difference this time around. I am hoping to be in the premier league in 3 years.

My squad has changed drastically in the past two years and is a much younger team than it was when i started with the likes of Spear, Cruise, Bodin and Clifford all leaving who are well into their 30's.
I think there are at least 5 peoples contracts that are up that will not be renewed including Aron Pritchard who has been at the club before me but since the back to back promotions his wages have risen to high without my control along with several others who were signed before i got here.
Positions i need to Strengthen
GK, DL, AML and MC are the positions i really need to strengthen, my GK Wallace never recovered from his bad injury and lost all his potential, Colin Gray the LB hasnt been bad but every month on the board update i get asked why we signed him because hes rubbish! AMl as Billy Bodin is retiring and Oneke Williams is too important upfront to be playing him on the wing, finally MC because again Conor Clifford is retiring and other youth players have suffered injury and been unable to get game time (Laraman - Hately)

Musselwhite and Watts have been outstanding this season especially after all the early season problems with injurys, Oneke Williams has been my star player again and is almost worth £1million which considering i signed him for free and my budget for the Championship next season is only £69K.

A poor month but my assistant manager after the last 4 games that we lost told me i should say the team was fautless in the team talk, ****** that some of them have played terribly hopefully by October i should have most of the team back from injuries.
The Stoke game turned out to be my 800th game in management, shame i couldnt make anything of it.

We leaked goals so easily but had some high scoring games and we were one of the top scorers in the league even though we were bottom! We have been predicted 10th in league 1 by the media but the betting odds make us second favourites so hopefully a bit more of an enjoyful season to look forward to!
