Leave it to the assistant manager it works just fine. if i manage to get something better i post it. Bdw for team talk when you play home : play for the fans : away: i expect a win !

download it and put it in the football manager 2015 tactics folder and restart the game

EDIT: Most of their chances were after my red card, before that they had 1 ccc and 3 hc :p

I keep having an issue on the over lap between the winger and the wing back, where the winger will do an insanely soft short pass that generally gets intercepted. I have no clue why they do this, but it's super frustrating.

That, coupled with my wingers incessant need to cross INTO PEOPLE instead of when they're ahead of them and the strikers need to shoot right at the **** keeper EVERY TIME.... :)

Can you tell I keep having draws where I should win 3-1?
 
try to change it to cross in the middle maybe it will help ! and for that thing of short passing try to change that specific player passing from short to direct
 
and testing on metalis kharkov vs shakhtar away 3-0 won no chance!!! realy amazing work bro)))
