First signing is appoint our first Head of Youth Development, went through all the good youth systems to see who I could pinch. Happy with Tony Carr he was my 3rd preference. Other back room appointments included former Ipswich Striker Jason Scotland as Coach, Paul Scholes as Reverse team coach alongside a host of scouts from Holland, Germany and Italy

Was a little more action in the transfer window than I predicted. Brought in my main 3 targets in Boyata, Stones and Butland. Attempted to bring Boyata in January, but City wanted 9 Million. On the day I got my budget I was offered him for £2M and fot them down a bit. Stones will be main RB and Butland will take the gloves choose him over other young keeper primarily down to having 3 years playing ever match. Jones is an experienced DM could be a very useful player in Europe. Wasnt planning for another attacking player, but then Sinclair was offered for 2.9M having only played once for City, He is on Double anyone's wages so a big transfer in that respect. Finally Konate a 15 year old French LB took him while on youth contract, long-term replacement for Cresswell. Ward-Prowse Transfer is taken out of January's budget so still have a bit to play with on deadline day if the right player/deal comes about.

Javi Garcia is our biggest coup yet, Man city bought him 2 years ago for £19M he is a strong DM. also got him to drop his wage from 110k to 60k a/w.

2014/2015

Transfers

Have been given a budget of £11M but have no intentions to buy anyone. No is time for our squad to grow and jell together. May go for a bargain like I did with Javi Garcia in January, but nothing desperate.

Going out will be a few players who were getting annoyed with their lack of first team football. Loach, Jones and Martin, along with the usual youth lot out on loan.

Season Targets

Want to firstly achieve a top table finish, anythign else is a bonus. Would like a run in the FA Cup as thats the only competition we have no joy in yet.

Had more players come in than planned, Henderson comes in to replace Martin, Ashley Cole in for a year he will lessen the pressure on Konate in LB and he will also tutor him. Villa is still a world class forward 2 year contract, Hoping both of their international experience will harden us up, and stop late break downs conceding 2-3 goals, as we have over the past 2 seasons. Allen is a potential star, Blackman keeper cover with Loach leaving and not to comfortable relying on 16 year old Mead as backup.

Raided PSG for youth and took Cazorla on loan as they wanted £10M to buy, He should add some experience and Quality for Champions Legaue, Hazard adds a bit of flair to the midfield. Dongou released by Barcelona, looks like a great striker, Lescott again in to add some experience Ashley Cole retired so also can play LB.
