transfered players cannot played

i think there isnt anything like work permit in turkish league.
besides i have now 24 players in my squad with numbers and still could not give number to any other
 
Check the rules of the Turkish league in game, if you go to the league your ins page it will be down the left hand side somewhere, possibly under history

i think i shoul give up :( it might be a bug of patch

From reading the rules its jsut a case of assigning a squad number to that player (I assume thats how you register them as this is how it works in LaLiga on FM) and as long as you have less than 8 foreigners (which you appear to do) and you register between 1 july - 31 aug or 1 jan -31 jan then your fine. Im unsure how to assign numbers, tyr looking through old news items there maybe one asking you to subit player for registration
