I remember AC Milan being unbeaten in 91-92. Don't know if they won every game though.
 
Dresdner SC , Season 42-43

I stick with the Dresdner SC in the 42-43 season, winning all league games in the complex german Gauliga system. Then went on to win all playoff games and claim the national title.

I knew, it had to be one of those early champions, so I checked first in DDR , Soviet Union football database, and it said something about the Dresdner SC, so I checked again, and voila. Gauliga....very complex system.
