Put all players on massively long contracts, and make the rep of the club 10,000 todetract bidders
 
Fair enough, although I assumed that was just for facilities, if we don't want transfers to take place, surely a higher reputation would detract bids from AI clubs, and original reputations wouldn't matter
 
Wouldnt agree with the embargo though. Whats the point in getting a brilliant manager than? You could just get the worst and have a gun team with plenty of overbids.

Hmmm.. I could do an embargo short-term like 2years if you guys agree
 
a brilliant manager will use better tactics and formations and shizzle but i am thinking if in game we let it flow like normal lol could see some interesting transfers. We could leave whatever everyone has left as the clubs transfer budget?? If we set rep at 10,000 the players wouldn't move to any other teams apart from in the league, I quite like it? Who agrees??

Yeah Sounds good. Adds a little strategy. You can have a little money left over and get some beast players bought by the manager.
To avoid this maybe lower the Rep to lower to mid Prem?

yeah i know it does make it harder to do lol btw Wonderkid360 how are you doing your process cos it took ages to do results on yours earlier??? what i do is write each player down with each bid & user next to it and then i know exactly who won who when it comes to doing the results

I found that the easiest way to collate the bids was set up an excel spreadsheet and input everyones bids on a player. (Did an auction game for fm11)
